Putin congratulated Berdymukhamedov on the 20th anniversary of the Treaty of Friendship and Cooperation

Russian President Vladimir Putin has sent a telegram to Serdar Berdymukhamedov congratulating him on the 20th anniversary of the signing of the Treaty of Friendship and Cooperation between the two countries. The relevant information appeared today on the website Kremlin.

In the telegram, Putin noted that the signing of this "important document" 20 years ago, "created conditions for a qualitative increase in bilateral dialog and cooperation in many areas". The Russian president also expressed confidence in further strengthening of the strategic partnership between the two countries.

At the end of the congratulatory telegram, Putin wished Berdimuhamedov good health, success in business, and prosperity and well-being to all the people of Turkmenistan.
