Current issues of life in Turkmenistan are considered

Topical issues of the country's life were discussed at a regular Cabinet of Ministers meeting, which President Serdar Berdimuhamedov held digitally on July 5, TDH reports.

Chairman of Majlis D. Gulmanova informed about the ongoing preparation of draft laws aimed at improving civil legal relations, bringing the budget system in line with the realities of the time, as well as works carried out in the field of sports in accordance with the provisions of the World Anti-Doping Code.

It was also reported on the development of draft legal acts aimed at introducing a digital system in the activities of the Pension Fund, modernizing the work of the State Sanitary and Epidemiological Service, regulating the participation of people with different disability groups in international competitions, creating broad opportunities for young scientists to engage in science, amendments and additions to the laws on advocacy and advocacy, civil status acts, seed production.

Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers H. Geldimiradov reported on the ongoing work aimed at the wide application of digital system in the sectors of economy, improving the quality of banking services through the use of innovative technologies.

Then the Deputy Chairmen of the Cabinet of Ministers reported on the measures taken by the State Concern "Türkmengaz" on the wide introduction of digital system in the gas supply structure, on the progress of seasonal agricultural campaigns in the regions of the country, on the steps taken to strengthen the material and technical base and infrastructure of the domestic chemical industry, on the ongoing work to expand mutually beneficial trade and economic relations with neighboring countries.

During the meeting, President Serdar Berdimuhamedov signed the Decree "On Holding Culture Week in 2025 in Akhal velayat", "On Approval of the Procedure for Development, Implementation and Financing of State Scientific and Technical Programs".

Then, the deputy prime ministers reported on the ongoing work to develop cooperation between Turkmenistan and Eastern European countries, on measures taken to modernize the shipbuilding and ship repair industry.
