Serdar Berdimuhamedov signed a decree on appointment and dismissal of judges

In accordance with articles 54, 72 and 83 of the Courts of Justice Act, President Serdar Berdimuhamedov, Supreme Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Turkmenistan, signed a decree appointing and dismissing judges of the courts of Turkmenistan and assigning them qualification classes, TDH reports.

In accordance with the signed Document, the Head of the Turkmen State decided:

to appoint Dayanch Dzhumageldievich Ovvadov as Deputy Chairman of the Supreme Court of Turkmenistan, dismissing him from the position of Chairman of the Lebap velayat court,

to appoint Akmyradov Gurbanguly Akmyradovich Akmyradovich as a judge of the Arbitration Court of Turkmenistan, having dismissed from the position of the chairman of the Balkan velayat court,

to appoint Meretnyyazov Ayla Gurbanmukhammedovich as the Chairman of Lebap velayat court, relieving from the position of the Chairman of Akbugday etrap court of Akhal velayat,

to appoint Rakhman Dzhoraguliyev Khodjiev as the Chairman of the Mary velat court, relieving him from the position of the Chairman of the Mary city court of Mary velat,

to appoint Yangybaev Seyitjan Pirkuliyevich as deputy chairman of Dashoguz velayat court, relieving from the position of a judge of Serakhs etrap court of Akhal velayat,

to appoint Allaberenov Amangeldi Dovletgeldievich as the Chairman of Kopetdag etrap court of Ashgabat city, relieving from the position of the Deputy Chairman of Ashgabat city court,

to appoint Khanov Remezan Khodjamuradovich as a judge of the Mary City Court of Mary velayat, having dismissed him from the position of a judge on administrative and executive proceedings of the Turkmenabat City Court of Lebap velayat,

to appoint Khallyeva Khurma Gundogdy-gyzy as a judge on administrative and executive proceedings of Akbugday etrap court of Akhal province and to assign her the 5th qualification class of judge;

to appoint Shukurov Hidjran Togtamyradovich as a judge on administrative and executive proceedings of the Mary etrap court of Mary province and to assign him the 5th qualification class of judge.
