The President of Turkmenistan, TDH reports, congratulated Russian President Vladimir Putin on his birthday, TDH reports.

The congratulatory message of the head of state notes that Turkmenistan highly appreciates the great personal contribution of the President of the Russian Federation to the development of relations between the two friendly states and hopes for further strengthening of the strategic partnership based on the long-standing traditions of mutual respect, trust and good neighborliness," the message of the head of state reads.

President Serdar Berdimuhamedov wished President Vladimir Putin good health, vitality and energy, as well as great success in his responsible public office for the benefit of all the people of Russia.
