The opening ceremony of the 28th Conference of the Parties to the UN Framework Convention on Climate Change was held today in Dubai EXPO City, where President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov will voice the country's position on environmental issues. The President of the United Arab Emirates Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Al Nahyan and UN Secretary-General António Guterres addressed the participants of the World Climate Forum during the ceremony.
The Climate Forum will be held in the format of plenary sessions dedicated to international cooperation in addressing climate issues and strengthening joint concerted action in this direction.
