Turkmenistan and Russia discuss issues of digital diplomacy

Today, Turkmen-Russian inter-ministerial consultations within the framework of the "Program of Cooperation between the Ministries of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan and the Russian Federation for 2023-2024" on partnership in the information sphere were held in the online format. This was reported by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan.

During the meeting, the sides discussed cooperation between the press services of Turkmenistan and Russia in the bilateral format and within the framework of international organizations. The sides also considered issues of digital diplomacy, application of modern tools in covering foreign policy and strengthening bilateral cooperation of foreign policy print media.

The sides expressed mutual interest in further development of cooperation between the foreign ministries.
