The three-day judo tournament "Antalya Grand Slam 2024" was held in Antalya, Republic of Turkey, where the Turkmen national team performed. The tournament gathered 628 athletes from all over the world, who fought for 14 sets of medals in 7 women's and 7 men's weight categories. Turkmen judoka Maisa Pardayeva won a bronze medal in the weight category up to 57 kg. In this weight category, 44 athletes from 33 countries competed for medals. Maisa won 5 victories over her rivals on her way to the bronze medal. Maisa Pardaeva became the second among Turkmen athletes and the first among women to win a medal in the prestigious Grand Slam competitions. As part of the tournament, athletes earn points for participation in the Olympic Games.
