Turkmen track and field athlete Valentina Meredova, 39, performed at the Olympic Games in Paris, demonstrating her best result in the hundred-meter race. This is reported by the Internet edition "Türkmenistan habarlar portaly".

In the first round of the competition, the athlete showed a result of 11.95 seconds. Despite Valentina's efforts and desire to win, it was not enough for her to reach the semifinals, and she finished her performance at the XXXIII Summer Olympic Games in France.

Valentina Meredova has a rich sporting experience - she was a participant of the Beijing Olympic Games, three championships of the International Association of Athletics Federations, three World Open Championships and two Asian Games. She is also the national record holder in Turkmenistan in the 100 meters.
