Chinese tourists in Turkmenistan are attracted by grace and beauty of Akhalteke horses. This is reported by the Internet publication "CentralAsia.news".
Ruslan Sadykov, Director of the Happy Friends Tourist Company, noted that when coming to Turkmenistan, tourists from China tend to visit Turkmen equestrian complexes. At the same time, tours to national equestrian complexes where Akhalteke horses are kept are becoming more and more popular. According to Chinese history, the emperors of the country from ancient times preferred this particular breed of horses, distinguishing it from no less famous breeds.
Turkmenistan is rich in other tourist attractions. Foreign travelers are attracted by the architecture of Ashgabat, as well as historical sites included in the UNESCO World Heritage List - Ancient Merv, Nisa and Kunyaurgench.
