Turkmenistan expands educational cooperation with the Russian Federation

A special platform for presentation of leading universities was organized in Ashgabat within the framework of the international exhibition "Health, Education and Sports in the Era of Renaissance of a New Era of a Powerful State". Along with Turkmen universities, educational institutions of Belarus, Malaysia, China, Russia and Turkey presented their educational programs. This is reported by the Internet edition "Turkmenistan: Golden Age".

The presentation of the Russian Technological University (RTU MIREA) was of particular interest to the participants. Representatives of the university told in detail about a wide range of educational programs - from humanities to high-tech areas. For applicants from Turkmenistan there are various ways of enrollment, including a quota campaign through Rossotrudnichestvo.

According to Irina Egoeva, head of the educational department of the Institute of International Education of RTU MIREA, about 500 students from Turkmenistan study at the university in various specialties - from chemistry and software engineering to graphic design.
