Turkmen hockey players defeated rivals from Iran

At the international ice hockey tournament held in Ashgabat, the Turkmen team "Galkan" led by Andrei Makarov and Meilis Kuliev defeated their rivals from Iran. This is reported by the TurkmenPortal online edition.

Earlier, Turkmen hockey players played against Bahrain and Oman, winning 8:1 and 15:1, respectively. With the Iranian team "Ice Box" the game ended in favor of the Turkmenistanis with a score of 13:1, after which they continue to hold the leading position in Group "A" with 9 points.

On April 18 at 10.00 Ashgabat time hockey players of "Galkan" will play against the team "Phoenix" from Uzbekistan.
