Turkmen filmmakers sent 18 author's films to the contest

Turkmen amateur filmmakers have prepared 18 author's short films to participate in the "Shoot in 48 Hours" contest. This is reported by the Internet publication "Turkmenistan: Golden Age".

Every year filmmakers from Turkmenistan, Tajikistan, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan and Kyrgyzstan take part in this competition. The best works will be shown in the countries of the Central Asian region.

The contestants had a limited shooting time - the theme of the film was announced right at the start of the competition, and the finished films had to be completed and presented to the jury after two days. This time the contestants had to shoot a film with a bridge, the phrase: "And that's not all!" and a clown character.

In order to prepare their works, the contestants spent the allotted time developing a story, filming and editing a 4-minute video. The results of the contest will be summarized in September this year.
