Turkmen schoolchildren took part in the TURKSOY essay contest

An essay contest for schoolchildren from Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan, Turkey and Turkmenistan was organized in honor of the 30th anniversary of the International Organization of Turkic Culture TURKSOY. This was reported by the Internet publication "Turkmenistan: Golden Age".

The participants wrote works on the theme: "TURKSOY - the golden bridge of the Turkic world". In their essays, schoolchildren expressed their thoughts on the cultural heritage of their ancestors. Three winners were chosen from each participating country. Akpamuk Maksadova, Aizada Gurbanmuradova, Gulnur Annamuradova won among Turkmen schoolchildren.

According to the organizer, the best essays will be published in a collection format.
Earlier, the Week of Culture of Turkic States was held in Turkmenistan as part of the celebration of the 30th anniversary of the establishment of TURKSOY.
