Turkmen athletes win 18 medals in wushu-sanda and hand-to-hand combat

The Kyrgyzstan Open-2023 international tournament on wushu-sanda and hand-to-hand combat, where Turkmen athletes won 18 medals of different values, was held in Cholpon-Ata, Issyk-Kul region, Kyrgyzstan. This is reported by the Internet publication "Turkmenistan: Golden Age".

In total, more than 600 athletes from 10 countries took part in the competition in the disciplines of "Duel" among children, boys, juniors, men and women and "Self-defense" among men and women.

The Turkmen team won 3 gold, 5 silver and 10 bronze medals.
Gold medals were awarded to E. Annaev, S. Akmammedov, Sh. Rejepov. Silver medals were won by P. Rovshengeldiev, Y. Saparov, D. Toilyev, G. Berdiliev and V. Orazov. Bronze medals were awarded to I. Dovletov, S. Yunusov, A. Muhammedov, S. Artykov, H. Ovezgeldiev, K. Latipov, T. Garadzhayev, A. Ilmyradov, M. Paltayev and M. Alyev.
