Turkmen customs officials attend CAREC seminar on digital trade

A delegation from Turkmenistan participated in the Central Asia Regional Economic Cooperation (CAREC) seminar on cross-border digital trade held in Seoul. This is reported by the Internet portal "Turkmenistan: The Golden Age."

The delegation included representatives of the State Customs Service of Turkmenistan. The event was held within the framework of the Asian Development Bank's project called "Better Customs for Better Customer Service in Central Asia".

This project is designed to facilitate CAREC countries' compliance with agreements and commitments to facilitate international trade. During the seminar, Korean experts presented successful experience in introducing digital technologies into customs support processes.
