Turkmen diplomat meets with the leadership of the Italian Trade Agency

On October 31, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Turkmenistan to Italy T. Komekov met with the newly appointed Director General of the Agency Mr. Lorenzo Galanti and Central Director of the Agency's foreign network Amedeo Scarpa at the headquarters of the Italian Trade Agency. This is reported in the press release of the Embassy of Turkmenistan in the Italian Republic.

During the meeting, broad prospects for trade and economic cooperation between the Italian Republic and Turkmenistan were noted. Organizational issues of the visit of Turkmen business representatives to Italy in 2024 were discussed.

Mr. Galanti also expressed interest in organizing a visit of Italian businessmen to Turkmenistan to establish business contacts.
