By the Decree of the President of Turkmenistan, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Turkmenistan to the Russian Federation Esen Mukhammedovich Aidogdiyev was appointed Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Turkmenistan to the Republic of Bulgaria (with residence in Moscow), TDH reports.
