Uzbekistan presented pharmaceutical and medical developments in Ashgabat

At the International Exhibition "Health Care, Education and Sports in the Age of Renaissance of a New Era of a Powerful State" held in Ashgabat, along with Turkmen companies, entrepreneurs from Uzbekistan presented their products in the field of pharmaceuticals and medical equipment, reports the International Exhibition "Health Care, Education and Sports in the Age of Renaissance of a New Era of a Powerful State". Manager of BP Pharma Healthcare Diyorbek Rustambekov noted that it was the first time the Uzbek delegation took part in the exhibition in Turkmenistan and highly appreciated the level of its organization.

According to the representative, the company produces more than 40 types of medicines - for pediatrics, gynecology, urology, as well as vitamin and mineral complexes certified in the Customs Union countries. Participation in the exhibition is aimed at studying the market and searching for local partners.

Ideas Medical spokesperson Shahjahon said the company, founded in 2016, specializes in manufacturing medical beds, furniture and equipment for clinics.

Olimjon Sadullayev, founder of Nest-med-tech, said that the company operates in two areas - import of medical consumables from 15 countries and production of disposable medical clothing and protective equipment.

The active participation of foreign companies reflects the high interest in Turkmenistan's medical sector, which has been undergoing large-scale modernization in recent years. New treatment and diagnostic centers are being created in the country, pharmaceutical production is developing and the primary health care sector is being strengthened.
