A representative office of the North-South International Club will be opened in Ashgabat

The North-South International Club, which is developing an international transportation corridor of the same name, plans to open a representative office in the Turkmen capital, the club's chairman Ramazan Abdulatipov said at the opening ceremony of the representative office in New Delhi. This was reported by the TASS news agency.

The main activity of the club is to simplify the procedure of cargo transportation along the transport corridor. For this purpose, a single document is used for the entire cargo route, and work is done with governments to remove customs barriers.

Currently, 20 thousand containers are transported along the transport corridor per year, experts estimate the potential of the "North-South" corridor at 20 million containers per year.
