Ashgabat universities became participants inter-university cooperation activities within the framework of the Concept of Improvement of Foreign Language Teaching. It is dedicated to the three-year anniversary of the launch of the Concept, as well as To the 25th anniversary of the Permanent Neutrality of Turkmenistan.
Each of the participating universities has prepared a number of interesting educational and creative activities, and the plan for joint meetings of teachers and students of educational institutions is designed for a two-month period.
As part of the above event, the following activities are being carried out quizzes, intellectual duels, trainings, creative contests, art readings, open lessons on the relevant topics, exhibitions and more. Participants simultaneously teach others and learn for themselves, share useful information and experiences, and set new goals.
More D. Azadi Turkmen National Institute of World Languages (TNIML) organized open classes, inviting teachers from institutions in the capital where foreign languages are studied in depth.
The "inter-university dialogue" is scheduled to conclude in the second decade of December. Its finale will be adorned by a grand joint concert timed to the 25th anniversary of Turkmenistan's Permanent Neutrality. In addition, the D. Azadi NNIMYA will host a concert for the winter season. D. Azadi for the period of winter vacations is planned to hold of the workshop, the main theme of which will be Improving the teaching of foreign languages in technical universities. The event is intended to address issues related to the peculiarities and complexities of language learning, improving the presentation of the material and increasing the level of its assimilation.
The approval of the Foreign Language Teaching Improvement Concept took place in December 2017. Its first stage came in 2018. It was characterized by mastering the best foreign experience in this area. During the second phase, which took 2019-2020, the Turkmen system of training to improve the qualifications of teaching staff was improved. During the third and final stage, scheduled for 2021-2024, it is planned to form a continuous, interconnected and consistent system of teaching foreign languages in Turkmenistan.
