The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan received the Ambassador-designate of the Republic of Cuba

On Tuesday, February 14, Deputy Foreign Minister Vepa Hajiyev received copies of credentials of the Ambassador-designate of the Republic of Cuba to Turkmenistan (with residence in Baku) Carlos Enrique Valdes de la Concepcion at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan. В. Khadzhiev congratulated the Cuban diplomat on his appointment to the responsible position and wished him good luck in carrying out activities related to strengthening bilateral cooperation between the two countries. The Deputy Minister also expressed readiness to provide all possible assistance to the newly appointed Ambassador.

The sides emphasized their intention to expand partnership ties in cultural-humanitarian, trade-economic and political-diplomatic spheres. Emphasis was placed on the importance of intensifying partnership at the inter-parliamentary level.
