On Saturday, January 28, the Mekan Palace in Ashgabat hosted the VII Congress of the Makhtumkuli Youth Organization. The congress was attended by representatives of youth organizations from Ashgabat and the country's provinces. This was reported by the Turkmenistan: Golden Age online edition.
During the large-scale event the topics of further effective implementation of the state program in the field of youth policy of the country for 2021-2025 were discussed. Also among the important topics on the congress agenda were amendments and additions to the Charter of the Makhtumkuli Youth Organization in accordance with the amendments to the law "On State Youth Policy of Turkmenistan". The congress also discussed the amendments to the Charter of the Makhtumkuli Youth Organization in accordance with the amendments to the law "On State Youth Policy" of Turkmenistan.
Before the congress began, the delegates were shown a travelling exhibition devoted to the successes and achievements of modern Turkmenistan and the rich cultural and historical heritage of the country.
