A conference of women entrepreneurs was held in Turkmenistan

The conference "Hünärim bar - hormatym bar" dedicated to the 34th anniversary of Turkmenistan's Independence was held in the Central Building of Public Organizations of Turkmenistan. Arzuw.news reports with reference to the publication Turkmenistan: Golden Age.

The event was organized by the Central Council of the Union of Women of Turkmenistan in cooperation with the Business Women's Centre of the Union of Women of Turkmenistan. Conference participants discussed the achievements of women in various areas of the private sector.

The Business Women's Center under the Women's Union of Turkmenistan supports talented women entrepreneurs, helping them find a worthy place in life and continuing the tradition of mentoring. The organization provides direct assistance to businesswomen in developing their activities.

The conference paid special attention to carpet weaving. The participants emphasized the importance of carpets made of pure wool and silk, modern carpets, palaces, kilims and various souvenirs for the export of Turkmen products.

Women entrepreneurs in jewelry art noted that their skills are passed from generation to generation. The history, national peculiarities and spiritual world of the Turkmen people are reflected in jewelry. They emphasized the national jewelry: "Bilezik" bracelet, "Guljaka" brooch, "Shelpe", "Gupba" and "Khundji" pendants.

As part of the event, an exhibition dedicated to the 34th anniversary of Turkmenistan's Independence was organized, where the achievements of various areas of the private sector were presented.
