A meeting on Caspian Sea issues was held in Turkmenistan

A regular meeting of Turkmenistan's Interdepartmental Working Group on the Caspian Sea issues was held on August 30. This was reported by the Foreign Ministry of Turkmenistan.

The meeting was chaired by the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan, Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers of Turkmenistan Rashid Meredov. The Commission was also attended by members of the Cabinet of Ministers of Turkmenistan, representatives of specialized agencies and ministries.

During the meeting, the members of the Interdepartmental Group discussed the Commission's Work Plan for the current year on the issues of ensuring environmental safety of the Caspian Sea. The agenda of the meeting also included the main activities planned to be carried out in this direction in the nearest period of time.
