In honor of the 300th anniversary of the birth of Turkmen poet Makhtumkuli Fraghi, a regional stage of the contest of folk theaters was held in Dashoguz province. This is reported by the Internet edition "CentralAsia.news".
The contest was organized by the Ministry of Culture of Turkmenistan. The theatrical performances based on the books of the National Leader of the Turkmen people Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov and the books of the President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov "Youth - the backbone of the Motherland" and "Anau - cultures from the depths of millennia" were presented to the jury and the audience.
The winners of the contest were representatives of creative collectives of Andalib city, as well as Akdepi and Turkmenbashi etraps of Dashoguz province. The winners and runners-up were awarded with certificates of honor and valuable prizes.
