Deputy Foreign Minister of Turkmenistan meets with Malaysian Ambassador

On April 19, Deputy Foreign Minister of Turkmenistan Myahri Byashimova met with Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Malaysia to Turkmenistan Mohd Suhaimi Bin Ahmad Tajuddin on priority areas of bilateral cooperation. This is reported by the online edition of "Westiabad".

Investments and mutual trade were named among the main areas of interaction. The need to enhance inter-parliamentary cooperation was also noted. It was noted that mutual visits of ministers, government representatives and business circles of Turkmenistan and Malaysia are of special importance in the context of economic cooperation.

In addition, the sides touched upon the issues of expanding cooperation between the states in the tourism and cultural and humanitarian spheres.
