The exhibition of avant-garde art, which opened in the Exhibition Hall of Ashgabat, occupied two exhibition halls. During the exhibition, viewers will be able to see 370 works presented by 170 masters of fine arts. This is reported by the online edition of "Turkmenistan: The Golden Age".
According to N. Yagshimuradov, vice-rector for scientific work at the State Academy of Arts, this is the first time an exhibition of avant-garde art has been held at the Ashgabat Exhibition Center.
It includes not only pictorial works, but also sculptures of avant-garde art and jewelry, striking in their harmony and elegance. The paintings are made in a variety of avant-garde directions of fine art: cubism, modernism, suprematism, futurism, surrealism, eclecticism and many others.
