The V Conference of Judges of Turkmenistan was held at the Adalat Palace

The fifth conference of judges was held on the digital system in Ashgabat on Friday, March 17, 2023. The participants of the event were judges of the Arbitration and Supreme Courts, as well as judges of velayat, city and etrap courts. This was reported by the Neutral Turkmenistan daily newspaper.

One of the central topics of the Forum was the implementation of the Program for the Development of the Judicial System of Turkmenistan for 2022-2028. Specific measures to improve the principles of judicial proceedings to ensure impartial adjudication in accordance with the norms of international law and the legislation of Turkmenistan were considered.

They also touched upon the organization of activities provided for in the country's digital economy development plan for 2019-2025.

As a result of the conference, relevant decisions were made.
