Daykhan farm "Ŷaz meŷdan" fulfilled the state order for 124.4%, having delivered 2 thousand 224 tons of grain to the receiving point against the plan of 1 thousand 788 tons. This is reported in the newspaper "Neutral Turkmenistan".
Representatives of public organizations and mass media came to Kaahki etrap of Akhal province to congratulate the management of the Daihan farm on the successful fulfillment of the state order.
Farm manager Arslan Nuryev spoke about the wheat variety "Bezostaya-100". He noted that this variety was imported from Russia and is characterized by resistance to lodging, drought and heat.
This year, 900 acres of land was sown with wheat, and 750 acres were set aside for planting wheat for seed.
Nuryev expressed gratitude to the employees of the khakimlik, who conscientiously plowed the land, prepared and sowed seeds, provided crops with timely irrigation.
At present, farmers have already started harvesting straw and preparing fields for the future harvest.
