Expert U. Ussaev spoke about Turkmenistan's achievement of energy security

Well-known expert and columnist Ussa Ussaev told Golos CIS about Turkmenistan's implementation of the program to achieve energy security.

The analyst noted that Turkmenistan currently ranks fourth in the world in terms of hydrocarbon reserves. He emphasized the great role played by the development of the rich resources of the Caspian Sea to attract foreign investment. According to preliminary estimates, the Caspian Sea reserves are estimated at 18.2 billion tons of oil.

U. Ussayev also spoke about the continued development of the rich gas field "Galkynysh", which is currently being carried out at an active pace.

According to the analyst, Turkmenistan has broad prospects in the search for hydrocarbons on land, as well as in the Caspian Sea shelf, which increases the attractiveness of Turkmen fields for investment.
