President of Turkmenistan meets with the Foreign Minister of Northern Macedonia in Ashgabat

Today, October 9, President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov held a meeting with the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Northern Macedonia, Head of the OSCE in Europe Buyar Osmani. This is reported on the air of the news program Watan.

During the meeting, the sides discussed Turkmenistan's cooperation with the OSCE and North Macedonia.
The Head of Turkmenistan emphasized that the country adheres to the status of permanent neutrality. In this regard, Turkmenistan attaches great importance to cooperation with the OSCE and participates in the implementation of programs aimed at achieving the SDGs and ensuring global security.

According to President Serdar Berdimuhamedov, great importance is attached to security in the region, in particular, Turkmenistan and the OSCE are cooperating in the fight against terrorism, drug trafficking, human trafficking, extremism and organized crime.
