8 Turkmen universities were included in the UI Green Metric World University Ranking

8 Turkmen universities were included in the international UI Green Metric World University Ranking, which demonstrates the commitment of educational institutions to improving environmental infrastructure and their contribution to sustainable development in the field of nature protection. This is reported by the online publication "Türkmenistan Habarlar Portaly".

The international rating has been compiled since 2010 by the University of Indonesia. The awarding of certificates took place on December 27 during the conference dedicated to the results of the year under the motto "Happy Youth with Arkadag Serdar" by the head of the rating agency Riri Fitri Sari.

Among the awarded Turkmen universities are Y. Kakaev MUNiG, Oguz Khan Engineering and Technical University, S. A. Niyazov TSKU, Turkmen State Institute of Finance, Institute of Engineering and Transport Communications of Turkmenistan, State Energy Institute of Turkmenistan, Turkmen Agricultural Institute.
