Serdar Berdimuhamedov held a regular meeting of the Cabinet of Ministers

On September 6, President Serdar Berdimuhamedov held a regular meeting of the Cabinet of Ministers, where a number of issues of state life were considered, TDH reports.

In the course of the meeting the Chairman of Mejlis D. Gulmanova informed about the development of bills aimed at legal regulation of various spheres of state life.

It was also reported on the ongoing preparations for the meeting of Halk Maslakhaty, timed to the 33rd anniversary of independence of the Fatherland, on the presentation of state awards to citizens who have achieved great labor successes in political, economic, cultural spheres.

Then the Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers Mr. Kh. Geldimiradov reported on the ongoing preparations for the scientific-practical conference "Digital and "green" economy - a factor in ensuring sustainable economic growth".

Then, Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers B.Amanov reported on measures on material and technical support of drilling works at gas wells of "Galkynyş" field of "Türkmengaz" State Concern.

Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers T. Atakhallyev reported on the progress of seasonal agricultural campaigns, as well as on the ongoing preparations in velayats for the upcoming cotton harvest season.

After hearing the report, the Head of State addressed the participants of the meeting and emphasized that the cotton harvest, an important and responsible time in agriculture, is approaching. In order to carry out this campaign in an organized manner, President Serdar Berdimuhamedov gave his blessing for the start of the "white" harvest in the velayats on September 11, asking the honorable elders to give it a start with the words "Bismilla!".

Then Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers B.Annamammedov reported on measures taken to modernize the enterprises of the State Concern "Türkmenhimiýa" to increase the production of high-quality products demanded in the domestic and foreign markets.

Then, Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers B. Atdaev reported on the ongoing work on further development of trade and economic cooperation of Turkmenistan with foreign countries.

Then, Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers M. Mammadova reported on the plan of celebrations and events dedicated to the 33rd anniversary of Turkmenistan's independence.

Then, Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers of Turkmenistan B. Orazdurdyeva reported on the creation of scientific and practical electronic journals at the Turkmen National Institute of World Languages named after Dovletmammet Azadi "Issues of Philology", and at the Turkmen State Institute of Economics and Management - scientific and practical electronic journal "Innovative Economy and Sustainable Development" and their delivery to readers via the Internet once a quarter in Turkmen, English and Russian languages.

Then, Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers, Minister of Foreign Affairs R. Meredov reported on preparations for the participation of Turkmenistan's delegation in the 79th session of the United Nations General Assembly, which will open on September 10 this year.

Further, Director General of the Agency of Transport and Communications under the Cabinet of Ministers M. Chakyev reported on the ongoing work to modernize the legal and regulatory framework of the transport and communications complex in accordance with the requirements of the time.

Concluding the regular meeting of the Cabinet of Ministers on the digital system, President Serdar Berdimuhamedov wished its participants good health, family well-being and great success in their work for the prosperity of the sovereign Fatherland.
