Vladimir Putin congratulated the Turkmen people on Independence Day

Russian President Vladimir Putin sent a congratulatory telegram to Chairman of the Khalk Maslakhaty of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov on the occasion of the national holiday - Independence Day of Turkmenistan. This is reported by the Telegram channel "Russian Embassies in Turkmenistan." 

In his message, the Russian head of state noted Turkmenistan's confident movement on the path of economic and social development, as well as the country's constructive role in solving urgent international problems, emphasizing its well-deserved authority in the world community.
