On December 15, the Institute of Chemistry of the Academy of Sciences of Turkmenistan hosted a seminar on "Oil and gas industry - the basic branch of the national economy". This was reported by the Internet publication "Turkmenistan: Golden Age".
The seminar discussed issues of effective monetization of the country's hydrocarbon resources and topical issues of development of new oil and gas production facilities. The event was attended by representatives of ANT and the Y. Kakaev International University of Oil and Gas.
The results of research conducted by the Institute of Chemistry on the development of scientific bases for processing of mineral, hydro-mineral, hydrocarbon and other natural resources of Turkmenistan were considered. The seminar participants discussed achievements in the field of providing local industries with raw materials, increasing productivity through resource saving and other issues.
