Trade Representative of the Russian Federation in Turkmenistan A. Yelizarov told on Friday about upcoming cooperation between the academies of sciences of the two countries in the field of agriculture. It will be held within the framework of the agreement on the partnership in the economy signed in early December in Moscow at the intergovernmental commission. It was reported by Orient news with reference to the news agency TASS.
Yelizarov emphasized that this framework project opens up great opportunities for cooperation in the agricultural sphere, in particular, in the issues of increasing crop yields and soil desalinization.
In addition to agriculture, Yelizarov singled out another important area of the Turkmen-Russian partnership - monitoring of technological processes. An important way to prevent problems in production processes is their timely analysis. This will prevent the occurrence of man-made disasters and increase the productivity of production enterprises.
