Results of the contest "Marine Mammals in the Eyes of Children" announced in Ashgabat

On the eve of the World Day for the Protection of Marine Mammals, the office of the public organization "Young Naturalist" summed up the results of the drawing contest "Marine Mammals through the eyes of children". This is reported by the online edition of Vestiabad.ru.

About 200 works were presented within the framework of the contest. The works were evaluated by a competent jury consisting of the Chairman of the Union of Artists of Turkmenistan Charimurad Yazmyradov and UNICEF specialist Sabrina Huseynova.

When considering the drawings, such criteria as originality, artistic skill, compliance with the theme of the contest and emotional impact on the audience were taken into account. The authors of the ten best works were invited on a tour to the Khazar State Reserve. The rest of the contest participants were awarded certificates and memorable gifts.
