In Turkmenistan the growth of production volume in the agricultural sector amounted to 128%

Deputy Prime Minister of Turkmenistan Tanryguly Atakhallyev reported at a meeting of the Government of Turkmenistan on a significant increase in production in the agricultural sector. This is reported by the Internet edition "Westiabad."

The growth of agricultural production amounted to 128.3%. For the Ministry of Environmental Protection this indicator was recorded at 119.4%, for the State Committee of Water Resources it amounted to 148.6%, for the State Association of Food Industry the growth of production volumes was recorded at 102.8%, for the State Association of Livestock and Poultry Industry - 102.2% and for the Ministry of Agriculture - 101.4%.

President Serdar Berdimuhamedov emphasized the importance of controlling the growth indicators of agricultural output, noting the need to comply with modern standards of agricultural technology and the importance of updating the material and technical base.
