Seminars on digitalization of health care systems started in Turkmenistan

Workshops organized by WHO on strengthening the capacity of the national health information system started in Turkmenistan on April 17. This was reported by the TurkmenPortal online publication.

On 17 April, a training on exchange of experience on strengthening and digitalization of health information systems was held. A workshop on data entry into the WHO tool for analyzing data collection in the record-keeping and reporting forms of the health system of Turkmenistan will be held on April 18-19.

The trainings will be conducted by digital health specialists from the WHO Country Office in Kazakhstan, as well as experts from the Federal State Budgetary Institution TsNIIOIZ of the Ministry of Health of Russia. Course participants will learn innovative approaches to improve the efficiency, accuracy and digitalization of medical data management.
