Turkmenistan hosts meeting on development of Turkmen-Uzbek cooperation

Deputy Foreign Minister of Turkmenistan Ahmed Gurbanov and Ravshanbek Alimov - Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Uzbekistan met on Friday, December 20. This is reported on the website Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan.

In the course of the conversation, the sides noted that Turkmen-Uzbek interstate relations have recently intensified in a wide range of areas. A qualitatively different level of partnership relations has become possible due to regular mutual visits of representatives of the states at the highest level.

The interlocutors paid attention to the discussion of the implementation of the agreements reached earlier and expressed readiness to further develop partnership in political-diplomatic, economic, cultural and humanitarian fields.
