A contest of scientific and practical articles devoted to creative labor and human rights has been finalized in Turkmenistan. The winners were named during the conference timed to the 29th anniversary of Turkmenistan's adoption of the status of permanent neutrality. This is reported by the Internet edition "Turkmenistan: The Golden Age."
The first place in the competition was taken by Arslan Mammedov, Chief Consultant of the Ombudsman's Office, with an article on the role of franchising agreement in entrepreneurship. This article detailed the current methods of supporting small and medium-sized businesses.
The competent jury awarded the second place to the author of the article on digital economy and innovative development Yunus Muhammedov, as well as to the authors of the article on the development of the Constitution and legal system of Turkmenistan Ashirgeldi Jumaev and Dilber Shailiyeva.
