The Ministry of Finance and Economy of Turkmenistan announced an auction for the sale of 48 objects of state property. This is reported by the online publication "Business Turkmenistan".
The auction will take place on September 20 on the digital bidding platform of state property www.е.fineconomic.gov.tm and on the mobile application of this platform.
Among the property objects put up for auction are a livestock and poultry farm in Lebap velayat with a total area of 25,500 square meters, the building of Döwrebap shopping mall with an area of 8,800 square meters, a two-storey building in Lebap velayat, a pipe factory in Dashoguz velayat with an area of 6,400 square meters, an administrative building of HO Nur Zaman in the capital with an area of 4,300 square meters, as well as stores, cafes, canteens, health center, industrial and administrative buildings. The full list of state property was published in the daily Neutral Turkmenistan.
Turkmen and foreign legal entities and citizens can participate in the auction.
