In Turkmenistan, measures are taken to search for and identify drinking water deposits

On January 19, a meeting of the Cabinet of Ministers of Turkmenistan was held, during which Deputy Prime Minister B. Amanov presented a report on measures implemented by the State Corporation "Turkmengeologiya" to search for and identify drinking water deposits. This was reported by the Internet edition "Turkmenistan: Golden Age".

According to the report, specialists of the State Company "Turkmengeologiya" carry out hydrogeological exploration works in the territory of the country's provinces by means of modern equipment. According to Amanov, the state has created all conditions for underground water exploration.

Having heard the report, President Serdar Berdimuhamedov emphasized the special importance of conducting exploration work on a scientific basis. In addition, the head of state instructed to take measures to strengthen the material and technical base of the State Corporation "Turkmengeologiya" if necessary.
