Turkmenistan considers Investment Program for 2024

During the meeting of the Cabinet of Ministers of Turkmenistan on January 19, Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers B. Annammedov presented a report on the preparation of the draft Investment Program of Turkmenistan for 2024. This was reported by the online publication "Turkmenistan: Golden Age".

Currently, within the framework of the innovative urban development policy, a large volume of investments is directed to the construction of buildings and structures for various purposes. The draft Investment Policy Program provides for the construction of the TAPI gas pipeline, a new airport in Balkan velayat, a combined power plant with a capacity of 1574 MW, the international high-speed highway "Ashgabat-Turkmenabat", a bridge across the Garabogaz kol bay. The second phase of development of Arkadag city and a number of social facilities is also envisaged.

Summarizing the report, President Serdar Berdimuhamedov instructed to review the presented project in detail for successful implementation of practical steps.
