Russian and Kazakh diplomats lay flowers at the Eternal Flame in Turkmenistan

On May 9, 2024, in honor of the 79th anniversary of the Victory of the Soviet people in the Great Patriotic War of 1941-1945, a solemn ceremony of laying flowers at the memorial "Eternal Flame" was held in Turkmenbashi city of Turkmenistan with the participation of representatives of the Consulates of Russia and Kazakhstan in Turkmenistan. A.M. Korzhov, Head of the Consular Office of the Russian Embassy in Turkmenistan in Turkmenbashi, and Zh. G. Zhumbergenov, Consul of the Republic of Kazakhstan, took part in the traditional action. After the ceremony of laying flowers at the Eternal Flame, diplomats from Russia and Kazakhstan honored the memory of the heroes fallen in the battles of the Great Patriotic War at the war memorial at the Russian City Cemetery.
