Turkmen capital hosts Russian film festival

On June 3, the three-day "Russian Film Festival Turkmenistan 2024" / RUS FILM FESTIWALY TÜRKMENISTAN 2024 kicked off in Ashgabat at the Berkarar Cinema. This is reported by the Internet publication "TurkmenPortal".

The event is organized by ROSKINO, the Russian Ministry of Culture, the Cinema Fund and the Russian diplomatic mission in Turkmenistan. Turkmen moviegoers will be able to watch free of charge the fairy tales "By the Pike's Will", "Three Gods and the Pup of the Earth", "Ruslan and Lyudmila. More than a Fairy Tale", as well as the melodrama "I Make a Step".

The cultural event is being held in Turkmenistan for the fourth time within the framework of cultural and humanitarian cooperation between the two countries. In the fall of 2024, Turkmenistan is scheduled to hold a significant event - Days of Russian Culture.
