A briefing on the results of the International Conference "Interconnection of times and civilizations - the basis of modern peace and development" held in Ashgabat on October 11 in honor of the 300th anniversary of the birth of Makhtumkuli Fraghi was held in the building of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan on October 14. The briefing was attended by representatives of international organizations and foreign diplomatic missions accredited in Turkmenistan, foreign and Turkmen journalists. During the speeches of the participants it was noted that the foreign and domestic policy of neutral Turkmenistan continues the humanistic ideas of Makhtumkuli Fraghi.

A proposal to create a single international platform for multilateral cooperation aimed at global development was put forward for general discussion.
