Youth organization of Turkmenistan became a member of the UNESCO Youth Community

Angela Melo, Director of Policy and Programmes of the Social and Human Sciences Sector of the UNESCO Secretariat, said that the Makhtumkuli Youth Organization of Turkmenistan is now an official member of the UNESCO Global Youth Community (GYC). This is reported on the Türkmenistan habarlar portaly website.

GYC promotes cooperation between UNESCO youth initiatives and similar projects. UNESCO's Global Youth Community ensures that the younger generation is engaged and interested in the activities of its organizations.

In addition, GYC is a unique educational platform - young people study, develop and implement projects related to UNESCO's activities together.
