Turkmenistan's new field will produce about 1 million cubic meters of gas per day

Specialists have calculated the production capacity of a new natural gas well discovered at the Yylan field in the Mary province of Turkmenistan. The new well can produce 991.6 thousand cubic meters of gas per day. This was reported by the news agency "Business Turkmenistan".

It is noted that the gas from the new well is characterized by pure composition without impurities and additives and will be produced from a depth of almost 3 km. The new field is the result of developments that were carried out for a month under the management of the state concern "Türkmengaz".

The employees of the "Türkmengazburawlaýyş" department are engaged in exploration and development of gas deposits throughout Turkmenistan.

Oil and Gas Production Department "Gumdagnebit" of the State Concern "Türkmennebit" in January-February of the current year fulfilled the plan by 112%, which is 124% more compared to the same period last year.
