Hero of Russia, Hero of Turkmenistan, cosmonaut Oleg Kononenko, who is currently on the ISS, sent congratulations to President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov, National Leader of the Turkmen people Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov, participants of the Khalk Maslakhaty meeting on the occasion of the People's Assembly.
